BURN PERMITS ARE FREE JUST MAKE THE CALL OR DO IT ONLINE AT THE LIK ABOVE
Do not burn anything without a burn permit
                   
Wild Fires in Michigan Burn permits are required for any outdoor burning, and are issued only for burning leaves, brush or stumps.
                 
Local DNR Office Burning of other materials is prohibited.
                   
    Calling for a burn permit is the best way to obtain current fire danger information.
                   
    During periods of high fire danger, permits may be restricted or not issued at all.
